Our Rapid Submit and Rapid PLUS services both come with a 7 business day guarantee. This guarantee is that your site will appear on "most" of the major "rapid" search engines within 7 business days or you will receive a refund. WebScheme defines "most" as being at least 3 of the following 5 Rapid engines: Mamma.com, Entireweb.com, iXQuick.com, Windseek.com, Search66.com . Although we will likely get you quickly listed on all of these engines, which also serve their search results to many other small engines, one or two of them occasionally lag behind on their listings by a few days. This is the reason that we guarantee only "most" within the first 7 days. This gives us a small margin of error in the event that one or two engines is running behind.

There are also other factors that may be beyond our control and that could prevent your listings from taking place within the guaranteed 7 days. In the case that it is determined that WebScheme has attempted to list your site, but a factor beyond our control has prevented it, we will extend the 7 day guarantee 7 business days further. Events that could prevent the listing are if your web site is down, slow, has errors that prevent it from loading, etc... If there are problems with your page, we attempt to resubmit it to the Rapid engines list every 2 days until it is accepted. The most common problem is a "server time out". This occurs when a search engine's software attempts to access your site for listing, but finds it not loading, loading too slowly, or with some other error due to problems with your host. We can't control these problems and thus need extra time to list your site if one of these problems occurs.

Although we do guarantee to list your site on search engines, we can make no warranty of where it will actually rank within those engines. We also can not guarantee any specific level of traffic, sales, or success of your web site. Factors such as your page design, page optimization, body text, page scripting, page title, key words, description, image alt tags, and many other factors control how your site will list. We will list it, but we recommend that you have your site professionally optimized for submission prior to using our service. We will do our best to guide you through some of these things, but as with other submission services, cannot guarantee actual performance of your business.

Rapid PLUS and Rapid Visit Traffic Warranty:

Both our Rapid PLUS and Rapid Visit services are guaranteed to provide you with 10,000 visitors to your site. There are factors that could prevent this and that are out of our control. Events that could prevent all 10,000 visitors from reaching your site are if your web site is down, slow, has errors that prevent it from loading, etc... If this occurs, we have provided you with a PAUSE option within the traffic control panel so that you do not miss traffic while your site is repaired. We do Not monitor your site and pause the traffic for you. Other factors that can stop traffic or prevent it from even starting are if your site breaks one of our policies. To qualify for instant traffic, your site must meet the following guidelines! : NO POPUPS allowed on your site, no sounds, no frame-breaking code, no inappropriate content (we determine what is appropriate). In the event that your page or server causes the missed traffic, we can not guarantee that you will get all 10,000 visitors.

Although we do guarantee to direct 10,000 visitors to your site, we can not guarantee any specific level of sales, or success of your web site. Factors such as how you present your items, pricing of your goods or services, your page design,  your ordering system, and many other factors control how your site will convert traffic to sales. We simply cannot guarantee the actual performance of your business.
